What tugged at the heart strings was a slide show, which captured the various moods of the final year students, when they went on educational and industrial tours, picnics etc.
As students were seen in their various moods, the song Pal...Yaad Aayenge Yeh Pal played in the background and it made the moment truly memorable.
Since the function also coincided with pre-Valentine Day, youngsters were seen having a gala time looking to spend time with their partners. But with their teachers keeping a strict vigil, many had to settle for just some quiet conversations with their loved ones. DJ Monty played some foot tapping numbers like Hips Don't Lie, Mauja hi mauja and Tera suroor. Kalyani Chandurkar, a final year student got emotional and said, "It's a memorable day for us. Juniors have gone through so much pain in organising such a lavish party, despite the fact that their practical exams are approaching. I want to thank them." Nitesh Goplani, another final year student reminiscing about their days in college said, in lighter vein, "In the beginning of the year, when we tried to bully our juniors, they went to the college authorities and deprived us of all the ragging pleasures. We just had a formal introductory session. Today, these very juniors have organised such a nice party for us. Prasad Narkhede, a second year student said, "Our seniors were very friendly with us. We will miss them. The evening concluded with each senior being given a little globe, which had a message that said: 'Be grounded to your roots, but conquer the world'.
